An agent harness for the company

Ente started as the project management tool I wanted. It is becoming an agent harness for the company.

The obvious interaction is speech. You say what happened after a call, or record the meeting itself, and Ente turns it into structured activities linked to the right entities.

What surprised me was how the first users made it their own. They used the microphone constantly and tuned the agent through a personal prompt and a personal dictionary. The prompts grew long: company context, plus keywords like “weekly report” that expand into a whole structure. With every addition, the agent got smarter about how to structure and save activities.

That tuning is a job for one person in the company who enjoys the tech. Once someone has prepared the company context, everyone else can just hold the microphone and it works. That turned out to be the adoption story.

The goal is not an agent that replaces the organization. It is a harness that gives people and agents the same operational memory.
